Deep Relaxation

Hypnotherapy often begins with a deep relaxation in which we drop below the habitual chatter of the conscious mind and into the deeper levels of the unconscious. In this place of deep relaxation we can access aspects of the mind that we were previously unaware of and, with the guidance of a good hypnotherapist, create empowering changes in our lives.

Self Reflection

Hypnotherapy increases our capacity for self reflection so that, whilst in a deeply relaxed state, we can see through our limiting beliefs, unwanted habits, and patterns of self sabotage, and discover our own solutions. There’s no change more empowering than the ones we discover for ourselves, and a good hypnotherapist helps you do just that.


Through finding our own solutions we come to clarity, and from here our old limitations can be released. Whilst hypnotherapy is not an instant/quick fix, a good level of positive change can be achieved in around 3 sessions under the guidance of a good hypnotherapist.
